Together we can start to make links and see patterns in your life enabling you to resolve the issues that are affecting your emotional well being and find practical steps to empower you to move forward.
I specialise in Integrative Counselling which uses a variety of counselling models such as CBT, Psychodynamic and Humanistic. These are all from a person-centred perspective, to meet the needs of my individual clients, whether it be short-term focused therapy or long-term work.
