As a registered member of the BACP, I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and subject to its Professional Conduct Procedures.
If you are taking your first tentative steps towards acknowledging and improving a personal difficulty, I can offer a gentle, safe, non-judgemental, confidential space where we can work together to understand more about you, your life, your feelings and what you would like to achieve.
I work with clients using an integrative approach. This approach appreciates that no two clients are the same, so I will aim to use a counselling style that is best suited to you and your specific difficulty.
