I'm a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist/Counsellor based in Fleet Street in Central London, I have over 9 years experience of working with a wide range of issues..
Seeing a counsellor/psychotherapist can bring a fresh perspective to whatever is troubling you as well as provide a safe and supportive space where you won't be judged and can talk in confidence. It also offers the opportunity to gain a deeper and broader understanding of yourself and whatever is going on in your life. This enables you to discover and tap into your hidden strengths, to see your life and relationships more clearly, to live more wholeheartedly and to more consciously choose your path ahead.
I'm experienced in working with individuals who bring a wide range of concerns. l'm particularly skilled in bereavement counselling and have received additional training in this area, this includes working with those who have suffered a traumatic bereavements such as a suicide, sudden death or death of a child.
Do have a look round my website (Website URL above) if you'd like to know more or contact me if you have any queries or to arrange an initial session.
