Abuse


The definition of abuse is to ‘treat with cruelty or violence, especially regularly or repeatedly’.

There are many forms of abuse:

  • Sexual
  • Physical
  • Emotional
  • Neglect
  • Financial
  • Institutional
  • Discriminatory
  • Self Neglect

Abuse can happen to anyone regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexuality or culture.  It is not right and it is not your fault.
